usage

  1. Go to the Youtube video you want to add a chapter to.
  2. Right-click on the video's seek bar (red zone) and select "Copy the current video URL".
    （ex：https://youtu.be/vI8UqIxHucs?t=4069）
    Copy the URL of the current video
  3. Paste the copied URLs into the "1.Paste URL" field. If you have more than one URL, please make a new line and make it one URL per line.
  4. Click on the "Convert Time" button to convert.
    00:00 seconds will be inserted automatically.
    Now you can enter sub-headings for each chapter.
